He works actively to ensure the goals, objectives and business drivers behind every project are clearly articulated and understood and then proactively applies best practice Project Management methodologies such as the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), ensuring surety on delivery.Over more than 13 years in the property industry, Chris has been involved in a wide range of projects, throughout the project life cycle. Key roles have included working with clients on the development planning and feasibility of new commercial, retail and mixed use developments as well as major commissions throughout the design management and project delivery space.
