- Field Servicing full range of Struers Materialographic equipment in Qld, NSW, ACT, NT and New Zealand- Fault diagnosis and trouble shooting remote and on site- Coach at International Struers Certified Training Workshops for Field Service Engineers- Create Technical Service procedures and documentation for Hardness Testing Product Line- Train customers on operation of new equipment- Work with Global support on technical issues and reporting failure info’s- Contact customers re Service schedules and renewal of contracts- Regular interstate and NZ travel for Service and Repairs- Responsible for selling service contracts in my regions- Self train on all Struers equipment and Applications- Quote all repairs and Preventative Maintenance Contracts in my regions- Maintain and update accurate customer info in CRM applications.- Maintain excellent customer relationships- Support and assist other Service Engineers- Support sales with product demonstrations- Support sales with customer feedback when on site for service- Maintain all equipment in Brisbane Demo Lab- Generate service reports- Report internal costings and service reports using Mobile Service Portal- Plan service visits by region to streamline time and cost- Telephone and remote support- Prepare samples to demonstrate Struers range of equipment and consumables.
