An experienced Engineering Leader, I have specialized in the design, analysis, installation and forensic investigation of O&G and Renewable projects in both Engineering and Marine Warranty Survey roles over the last 15+ years.I oversee the marine operations and technical review of various phases of large and small marine construction, transportation and installation projects for compliance with applicable rules, regulations, marine insurance policies and contract commitments. I have further specialized in the wet tow and dry transport of project cargo and MODUs globally and for the siting of MODUs on site.I am a member of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects and a steering committee member on the SAFETRANS and SALTO JIPs and a member of the Society of Offshore Marine Warranty Surveyors (SOMWS) where I have qualified for all categories (Projects, Cargo, Rigs and Renewables). Further to this, I am also a licensed Adjuster in the State of Texas.
