LEADERSHIP SKILLSMy experience with IAG has fostered the development of my leadership skills. I have been a Sales and Service Manager for the last 9 years. I have overseen managing On-Boarding teams on six occasions. On-Boarding teams refer to teams from our international partners. I have also completed studies in Certificate IV and Diploma in Frontline Management externally in addition to Team Manager pathways through IAG which involved numerous face to face facilitated Training/Master-class sessions on developing and enhancing my management skills.CONFLICT RESOLUTIONI have excellent negotiating skills and relational skills. I am assertive, honest, analytical, diplomatic and a real people person. These attributes in contribution to great problem-solving experience and good communication have resulted in outstanding conflict resolution skills. My managerial role has created many opportunities for managing customer escalation, complaints, and staff member conflict situations. COMMUNICATION SKILLSI am confident in my high-level communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone. My understanding, friendly and supportive disposition has enabled me to succeed in developing outstanding interpersonal relations with colleagues, customers and clients. I have fostered and relied on this skill in my interactions with peers and in guiding the On-Boarding teams in their transition from training to forming their permanent teams.TEAM-WORKMy experience working for IAG has challenged and developed my ability to cooperate and share responsibilities, support others and clarify and negotiate group objectives. I have learned that it is important to have a clear understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of team members and use this information to support a team in reaching its objectives. Further, my experiences have highlighted the importance of acknowledging that different team members have different levels and types of expertise to offer.
