I've worked with CentiMark for 25 years. I started on the crews and am currently a regional manager of 6 profit centers from Detroit to Louisville, KY. Profitability/efficiency has always been my focus but leadership is probably my greatest attribute. Happy employees who believe you actually care about them and their families will go to war with you. I put my focus on my people. The better they become the more loyal they are. In my current role I advise, encourage and teach them. I step in when they ask me, I do not micro manage them. Micro managing stifles creativity and creativity and problem solving are paramount in this industry. My region is a top 5 every year in our billion dollar company. Lat year my region did 65 million. This year we are on pace for 80 million in revenue at very high margins. In my time here I have created a line of custom CentiMark equipment with Garlock manufacturing. I have invented two pieces of equipment and improved others. I am a named inventor on the Garlock pro trash cute. The equipment is branded in our color and logo. From load to download we have made our operations more efficient accro$$ the company. I have a wife of 30 yrs and 4 great kids 17-22 and many hobbies involving them. I enjoy seeing them learn new things as much as I enjoy learning new things. Teaching/mentoring is my greatest joy at work and at home.
