Serving as the director, CEO, partner, and president of Clutch Industries, we specialize in a range of construction and development projects across Oregon, including multi-family, assisted living, and commercial self-storage units. Our projects, like Verda Crossing, Blossom Gardens, and Pleasant View Apartments, range from 24 to 180 unit developments and reflect our commitment to adaptive reuse and innovation. In light of this experience, I'm particularly excited to announce our upcoming venture, Clutch Shelter Co., aimed at redefining affordable and sustainable shelter solutions. Beyond property development, I've leveraged my background in IT infrastructure to co-found NerdNode, a company that has significantly streamlined node hosting services for Web3 blockchain projects. Serving the burgeoning blockchain gaming community, this venture dovetails with my founding of BlackHarpe, where we specialize in NFTs, blockchain infrastructure, and ecosystem support, offering comprehensive solutions in digital real estate and assets.In addition to these sectors, I'm also passionate about interactive experiences. I co-founded both Clutch Bowling and Cerebral Clutch, groundbreaking companies that are setting new standards for digital interaction. Clutch Bowling melds Lidar technology with in-game events to transform the bowling experience for the 21st century.
