I am the General Manager of the Chris Pruitt Auto Sales Group. Our stores achieve month over month success via our amazing sales and support team, highly awarded customer service, meticulous merchandising, and innovative marketing. I have over 2 decades of experience in retail sales and finance with many lessons and achievements learned and earned along the way. Sales, merchandising, customer service, and leadership skills were my primary lessons from my 10 years working with Best Buy, a Fortune 500 retail sales electronics store. After many award winning months, I applied those lessons to grow and develop the iRide Auto Sales Group as a General Manager of their flagship store. Two years later I joined the Credit Acceptance Corporation to apply my retail skills as a Market Area Manager. I worked with dozens of dealerships weekly to leverage the CAPS systems to deliver more vehicles and make more money for my enrolled dealers. My approach was always to become a trusted advisor by helping them to find solutions for the general marketing, merchandising, staffing, and operation of the stores. By becoming a trusted advisor it helped me to earn their business. Six years of success with Credit Acceptance has led me to join an amazing company where our focus is sustainable growth in satisfied customers and profits.
