Demonstrate safety and leadership in accordance with our clients Environment Health and Safety Program. Provide leadership in establishing a strong Safety culture within the clients organization, vendors, service providers, and contractors Over look field construction, in effort to ensure large projects, and/or several smaller projects are constructed in accordance with QC, safety, design, budget and schedule. •Manage all manpower, materials and equipment as projected in execution plan including the coordination of field construction staff. •Acts as a liaison with client to ensure the project schedule is met. •Responsible for detailed direction of construction specifications, budgets and schedules. •Coach and mentor the construction staff on the project regarding safe work practices, quality workmanship, productivity and schedule. •Facilitate daily work plan meetings with the leads and crew. •Oversee the Lead hands and work crews to make sure we are held accountable. •Troubleshoot construction issues in the field.•Make sure control requirements are met and provide reporting. Identify and resolve any non-compliance•Conduct any incident investigations within area of supervision as required. •Perform worksite inspections monitoring safety and quality of work. •Regularly communicate work progress, schedule variance with the client. • Monitor, supervise and manage construction activities to ensure Quality Assurance. • Report project status to client personnel. • Ensure all construction activities are conducted in a safe and effective manner• Maintain daily cost tracking.
