Financial Accountant
• Bookkeeping duties as may be required for the completion of the month end process.• Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.• Improving and automating existing manual processes by developing schedules in line with the needs of the finance department.• Supporting the finance manager with the preparation of the monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting.• Assisting in the development and creation of internal reporting tools for the head of finance.• Embracing business intelligence tools available and finding ways to automate reporting.• Responsible for the bank postings, authorisations of the company.• Ensuring that periodic reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.• Liaising with other departments to implement company policies and strategic decisions.
