As a Freshman Legislator I passed four meaningful pieces of legislation that have now been signed into law. This is a rarity a Freshman. Two of these laws will have a lasting impact for generations to come. Managed office staff (full and part time) both in District and in Springfield offices. Lead the team through a pivot during the hight of COVID-19. Shifting the major fundraising and awareness events to virtual, allowed us to keep the organization moving forward. Worked with the Leadership Team to secure the funding to open their second safe house. Reclaim13 is working to free children from the cycle of sexual exploitation by focusing on prevention programs for adolescents and adults, and healing programs for children and young adult victims of human trafficking.Responsible for raising the necessary funds need to operate the programs. Including grant writing, major gift development, and corporate sponsorships. I also handle communications, outreach, and speaking at events.

Manager of a multigenerational leadership team that implemented all programing for children at Alpine Chapel. During my time our team has had a 50% increase in volunteers and a 30% increase in Sunday morning attendance. Oversaw a complete remodel of ministry space, project was on time and under budget.
