Manage Operations Engineering team providing engineering and SCADA support to Operations and Maintenance (O&M). Provide expertise troubleshooting malfunctioning electrical equipment or investigating the cause of electrical faults in solar photovoltaic (PV) power systems. Develop safety and operating procedures for conducting system testing, troubleshooting, energization/re-energization. Develop new methods for installing, commissioning, and maintaining PV electrical systems, medium (MV) and high voltage (HV) systems, and equipment to improve reliability and reduce cost. Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for new products and electrical systems. Support and lead root cause analysis (RCA and 8Ds) associated with electrical product and system design issues and failures. Support new product and design qualifications, develop testing and product qualification procedures, and support vendor quality audits.
