In this role, I drove P&L performance and service delivery and minimized stockouts in the North America channel via leadership in the strategic analysis, prioritization, and allocation of orders of high, mid, and low-tier products and accessories and sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP). Within my scope, I collaborated with the C-suite, supply planning, distribution, procurement, finance, and sales organizations, and managed a supply analyst. Key acheivements:►Creating a supply chain framework that enabled tje consistent attainment of revenue, EBITDA, and KPI targets.
