Primarily to implement projects and improve productivity by increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Bench marking ideas/opportunities and completing business cases around them to identify potential savings using lean techniques to find route causes and actions.

To implement cost saving initiatives throughout a large 3PL site. Find route causes, plan, implement, review and track changes based on KPI's and productivity. Reviewing weekly with senior management with the Customer to determine success and outcomes.

To support the senior managers with the daily operations on a large 3PL site. Working closely with the customer to identify areas of improvements and to support in changes being implemented. Managing Customer relationships and driving Customer and in house goals.

Managing the day to day running of a busy 3PL Grocery Warehouse with over 200 colleagues directly reporting to me, focusing on driving down costs and inefficiencies whilst maintaining high customer service and colleague relationships. During this role, I was also stepping into an Operations Managers position. During this short term, I completed a temporary role implementing ORACLE WMS into Grocery and Freezer chambers on a large 3PL site. Full coverage of all aspects of training and support was supplied by myself to ensure a smooth transitions from an old legacy systems to a new WMS system. Full training plans, guides and support were set up and rolled out to aid the transition.

Completing all aspects of clerical work within a large 3PL grocery chamber. Running the daily operations in the warehouses, challenging process and SOP’s in order to become more productive. Ensuring the fluid receiving of goods into the warehouse and to complete all clerical aspects of this job, from ensuring drivers were in the correct place, to validating stock and quality control.
