After spending years working retail jobs and taking a couple of summers in Cyprus, I found myself financially struggling and feeling lost. A wake-up call from a debt collector pushed me to pursue a personal training course, and I worked hard to build my reputation, eventually becoming one of the most sought-after trainers in Glasgow.My fiancée and I opened a gym together, and it quickly became a success. I also launched The Upgraded Coach to help other fitness professionals build financially stable businesses.
