As a Software Test Engineer at Ad Astra, I am responsible for testing iOS, Android, and Web applications using various tools and methods, such as functional, UI, smoke, and regression testing. I develop test cases against business requirements using TestRail, track and report defects in Jira, and perform compatibility testing on a variety of devices and platforms. I also interact with the Product Manager and developers to resolve technical issues and ensure quality products.I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Colorado State University, where I studied business, management, marketing, and related support services. I also completed a Manual QA Course from Careerist Academy, where I learned the fundamentals of software testing, such as test design, test execution, test reporting, and test management. I have a certification in Certified Tester, Foundation Level issued by ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. I am passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the clients. I am a quality-driven and detail-oriented team player who is excellent in understanding various kinds of documentation and communicating with offshore teams in multiple time zones.
