CurrentI have full P&L accountability for Jigsaw and lead our senior management and executive portfolio nationally. I am a board member of Jigsaw Talent Management and member of Bluefin Resources Group ELT. Established in 2006, Jigsaw Talent Management is a specialist recruitment firm supporting organisations to build high performing procurement and supply chain functions. Our methodology is one of talent management, which is the strategic approach of pro-actively acquiring talent in order to meet client demand at any given time. This enables Jigsaw to place relevant talent into an environment where they can grow to their optimal capability, whilst delivering on organisational objectives. Jigsaw has spent the past two decades developing relationships with the strongest procurement and supply chain talent at all levels and growing the largest client network in the Australian market, enabling us to pair high-performing talent with leading organisations. Collectively, our expert team has over 90 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain talent management. We appoint interim, contract and permanent resources across Australia, within both the private and public sector. Our engagements range from Analyst to Executive level, including C suite appointments.
