I am currently leading the Marketing Department for Stability, Analytical and Biological Laboratory Enterprises (SABLE). I am a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager striving towards driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. My current responsibilities include:• Lead and oversee the Marketing department's efforts to promote SABLE's comprehensive suite of analytical testing, stability studies, and biological laboratory services.• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to expand SABLE's market presence, attract new clients, and retain existing customers.• Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate SABLE's value proposition and differentiate our services in the marketplace.• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, content marketing, and email campaigns, to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation to grow SABLE's brand in the laboratory services industry.

I have Manufacturing Experience utilising the electronic BMR documentation system. The software used is PAS-X (MES). I have been trained to use the software in the manufacturing environment and problem solve on the software related challenges. I have undergone PAS-X (MES) Champion Training, which includes building a BMR specific to a production line requirements, problem solving and optimising existing eBMR's to ensure efficiencies and reduce the likelihood of glitches.

I completed my internship and my community service years at Kimberley Hospital (Academic Hospital), in the Northern Cape.
