I have over 9 years of IT and Information Security experience, working my way from an entry level to senior support technician to an Information Security Analyst with a US federal healthcare contractor. I am able to quickly learn new skills, systems, and processes that allow me to adapt and excel in any environment.My experience in IT has provided me with skills in troubleshooting, identity and access management, various collaboration tools, IT security systems and processes, general problem solving, customer service, teamwork and communication, research techniques, user training and education, creating user work instructions and SOPs for various tools, experience with executives/senior management, and many other skills.In Information Security, I have had the opportunity to work with several cyber security tools for email security, EDR/XDR, SIEM log management/review and alert monitoring, vulnerability management, firewall management/monitoring, IDS/IPS, and WAF.I have a CompTIA Security+ certification, and I am currently studying to obtain the CySA+ certification, with plans on obtaining others beyond that.
