-Act as program lead responsible for managing operational testing for Marine Corps programs. (Currently working on the Maritime Landing Platform, Joint High Speed Vessel) -Develop and produce Operational Test & Evaluation documentation-Manage system user-developer coordination-Act as Operational Testing & Evaluation (OT&E) resource manager for program cost, schedule, and performance

-Advised the Regimental Commander on all issues concerning radio, telephone, transmission,and data communications for both garrison and tactical networks.-Supervised the planning, installation, operation, maintenance and protection of radio, telephone, transmission and data communications for Regimental tactical command post exercises.-Managed the preparation, submission and tracking of communications service requests, radio frequency requests, satellite access requests and equipment allocation requests.-Mentored communications officers at subordinate Battalions; provided direction when necessary.-Interfaced with the 1MARDIV G-6 regarding equipment, frequency, NMCI and personnel support requests to higher HQs. Coordinated with adjacent and tenant commands on communications issues.

-Trained, mentored, and advised the Afghan soldiers of the 1/125 Afghan National Army (ANA) Communications Section in establishing a communications plan that supported Brigade operations.-Advised the ANA in planning both regular and long term communications training and maintenance that supported the Brigade and subordinate battalions.-Assisted the ANA in maximizing their logistics and supply chains as they applied to communications support and equipment.-Provided objective guidance to International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) staff concerning the capabilities and readiness of the 1/125 communications section as it pertained to daily and future operations.-Served as a conduit for communications support between the Partnered Team and ISAF staff.-Facilitated communication support to the battalion level Partnering Teams.-Participated in training, patrolling, and other offensive operations along with Afghan counterparts.
