Colonel, U.S. Army - Senior Army Advisor (Active Duty) to Florida Army National Guard at US Army:• Daily advises, mentors, and assists the CEO in the training, readiness, mobilization, and employment of over 12,500 personnel that are globally employed on all continents. • Serves as the senior advisor and liaison between the State of Florida and the Dept of Defense during natural and man-made disasters, including the COVID-19 and Southwest Border responses. Oversees the expeditious delivery of critical materials, assets, and information that saves lives, time, and resources. • Advises the CEO on training certification, policies & doctrine, logistics, and mission command when converting units from the Governors’ authority to the President’s command.

• NOW is a purpose-built nonprofit organization created to provide training, policies, and material solutions to prevent active shooter incidents in schools. Hand-selected by the President as their Chief Advisor to inform operations, budgeting, and policies to increase the company’s capabilities, scalability, and geographical reach. • As Chief Strategist built business plans & services that are unique, proprietary, and cost-effective to public schools.

Responsible for the Modeling & Simulations (M&S) and Live Experimentation & Testing (in the field and/or on the firing range) to shape, improve, and develop the current & future Army maneuver force. M&S Branch experiments are conducted in a 64K sq. ft. 21st Century facility using the latest technology to test and improve modifications to current Army formations and the development of future concepts for implementation in a complex global order. Live Branch experimentation range from individual Soldier equipment to brigade-level (~3k personnel) tactics & procedures in both their current configuration and future development prior to instituting in the Operational Army Force. Oversees an Analysis Branch that researches, develops, actively collects during experimentation then provides scientific-based analysis to inform the results of the experiments to both internal and external stakeholders. A sampling of the wide variety of initiatives experimented on consists of: New Generation Combat Vehicles & Weapons; organizational concept development & testing with an aim-point of 2028 & 2035 for Brigade & below units; Unmanned Aerial & Ground Systems (UAS & UGS) and Cyber/EW at the Tactical Edge; Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML); alternative fuel power generation; Interoperability with Foreign Partners in technology & concepts, etc. Outputs directly inform Joint & Army Science & Tech investment & development, Army DOTMLPF in ground Brigade & below modernization, and enable senior Army leader key decisions in force development and equipping in a risk reduction manner. Responsible for $12M+ budget and a workforce of over 200 personnel that consists of active duty military, Dept. of the Army Civilians, and Contractors.

• The CEO’s personal representative responsible for driving daily operations and instituting a wide-range of strategic initiatives, on the largest training installation. Continued all operations successfully even under COVID-19 pandemic conditions. Effectively managed an annual budget of more than $214M during fiscally austere times. • Exercised full oversight authority for operations, functions, and activities to guarantee the mission readiness of over 11 large-size (400+ personnel each) tenant units. Ensured daily optimal support of a population of over 54,000 personnel, consisting of Soldiers & their Families, Army civilian employees, contractors, military retirees, and trainees.- Integrates MCoE systems with the TRADOC Enterprise and CAC to ensure strategic objectives are support or met. Exercises full oversight authority for operations, functions, and activities to ensure mission readiness 9 large units (400+ personnel in each).

- Responsible for the coordination & synchronization of multi-service training and exercise events with 31 African partner nations to enable their development to protect their sovereign interests. - Daily coordinated with U.S. Embassies, the State Department, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Staff to guarantee strategic objectives are met, risks reduced, and resources were properly utilized. - Lead Operational Planning Teams that dealt routinely with time-sensitive crisis events that had strategic and political implications. Effectively briefed for approval such plans to senior governmental and military officials.

- Created a rigorous, yet positive command climate to assimilate civilians into the military through rigorous collegiate courses, military training, and physical fitness. Achieved the highest standards performance & retention rate in over three decades. Supervised 350+ personnel and a budget of $13.1M. - The organizational lead on West Point's Admissions Committee, Academic Board, and the Superintendent's Strategic Planning Group. - Every semester taught a class on leadership to West Point Seniors in preparation for their commissioning as second lieutenants. 1.The Advanced Strategic Leadership Studies Program (ASLSP) (previously named the Advanced Operational Art Studies Fellowship (AOASF)) is a 24-month senior level course held at the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. 2.This senior level course seminar at the SAMS has 8 US Army, 2 USAF, 1 USMC, 1 USCG, 1 - 2 US agency reps (typically FBI & USAID) and 3 international officers (usually from the United Kingdom, Canada, and Germany). U.S. Army officers attend for two years; most other students 10 months. The US Army, international, and USMC officers remain a second year to serve as seminar leaders for the Advanced Military Studies Program (AMSP) conducted at the SAMS. 3.This senior level course is designed to develop theater level senior leaders and general staff officers for positions of significant responsibility including strategic thinkers and planners at Combatant Commands, Joint Task Force (JTF), and other four star headquarters. During their first year, students are in a curriculum shaped by the Joint required learning areas for JPMEII accreditation. The curriculum provides a comprehensive, multifaceted focus at the theater-strategic level across the spectrum of Joint and land force operations—during peace, crisis, and war. The individuals who remain a second year serve as seminar leaders responsible to provide the coaching, mentoring, counseling, and military subject instruction for the education of the majors in the AMSP program.

• Supervised US Army's senior grade course for maneuver captains that educates and trains all Infantry and Armor Captains at Fort Moore (Benning), GA. Commanding a staff of 54 hand-picked officers, oversaw the annual training up to 920 captains in the art and science of warfare as they prepare to assume command of a company and to serve as company grade officers on a Brigade and/ or Battalion Staff(s). Also, responsible for the Maneuver Battalion and Brigade Commanders Pre-Command Course.• Additionally, served as the Commanding General's Chief of his Initiatives Group (CIG). Lead a hand-picked team of officers to develop advanced concepts for the US Army. Weekly, briefed senior military General Officers and Senior Civilian leaders on a variety of topics this team was responsible for creating.• Achieved number one rating of all Captain Career Courses and Pre-Command Courses in the Army .

Successfully lead a 924-person Task Force with an operating budget of over $17.8M+ and equipment amounting to over $588M+ in both Germany and Afghanistan to accomplish senior General Officer’s objectives in complex environments. In charge of 693 hard charging Soldiers who are prepared to defend our nation's interest, no matter where we are sent.

• Lead a multi-functional team of over 40 people to provide Information Technology services and material solutions across the greater part of northern Florida and southern GA, in a geographical area larger than Delaware. Successfully managed an annual operational budget of over $19.6M.• Responsible for not only the day-to-day operations and management of personnel and contracts with costumers, but also business development, marketing, and sales. Biggest clients were Bank of America, CSX Transportation, Blue Cross-Blue Shield Healthcare, and Synovus Bank.
