- Leading the MDM strategy, roadmap, project execution and MDM services for Philips.- Program lead One Product Data Model – cross Philips standardization of the Philips Product structure supporting commercial, trade, regulatory, engineering and manufacturing processes to drive data quality and consistency, downstream supply chain compliance and external compliancy reporting.- Data Program lead EU-MDR – Implementation of the new EU Medical Device Regulation with key focus on medical device registration and process compliance

• Increase performance and bring back support for 2000 local IT applications (global scope) by utilizing fully managed and demand driven IT services leveraging Cloud 1st.• Business case creation approved and realized target cost reductions over 50% (20M) compared to current baseline spend.• Overall program management of the set-up of a global SAP data centre and managing the transition of 200 (global) SAP related systems to Eindhoven, Program size is 20M, delivering a 40% (10M bottom line) year on year cost saving.
