Responsibilities• Delivery of US Tax compliance & filing application as part of an $8bn program, driving & motivating delivery teams across multiple global hubs• Lead delivery & deployment of interfaces, tax compliance logic, & tax reporting functionality• Lead design, development, deployment & stabilisation of tax recon process• Supporting resources responsible for functional & technical delivery of projects & enhancements, & ensuring that these activities add value to the business• Lead the development of GL roll-over process, showing leadership & communication at all levels, to deliver a new & working process with minimal business impact• Leading master data review, bringing the collaboration between multiple teams • Planning & implementation of cutover, managing collaboration between in house teams & external suppliers• Application Portfolio Management – review applications in the Functions portfolio to assess cost levers to be leveraged, including re-sizing, cloud migrations, & decommissioning, steering towards an efficient & optimal IT landscapeSkills• Business Analysis - Business requirements elicitation & analysis. Working as the first line support for the Trading and Operations staff with their trading systems, the role involves prioritizing and analysing problems and queries with the systems and resolving them as necessary. This role requires a lot of communication with the staff on the trading floor, and is of a vital and time critical nature due to the impact that it can have on trades being undertaken. It also requires communication between support levels; identifying when a problem needs to be escalated to second line support, and communicating this in a clear and timely fashion.

Working on a bespoke version of Callidus TrueComp, the role involves identifying and analysing problems within this system and resolving them as necessary.
