Chartered commercial real estate surveyor with 15 years of experience within the industrial and logistics sector. The early years of my career at SEGRO PLC gave me a fantastic foundation in asset management and development. I then moved into the investment team providing advice to the UK business on how to maximise value and drive sustainable, progressive returns. In addition to business planning for the £8bn UK portfolio I contributed and led over £3.5bn of investment transactions covering all sectors and lot sizes from £800k to £250m as both property and corporate transactions. This included a number of very challenging property swaps.
