• Servicing and repairs to 74 injection moulding machines ranging from 50T to 1150T, moulding cable ties and fixing, with 3 axis beam robots, conveyors, granulators, water heaters and material blenders.• Servicing and repairs to 21 automated packaging lines with 6 axis robots, bag forming machines, sealers and check weighers.• Specification of new automated packaging lines, capital request to justify purchases, managed all the way from ordering to installation, including off site trials, and post commission training.• Achieving and maintain OEE over 85% using data from CMMS system to identify repeat issues, carry out root cause investigations and instigate corrective actions.• Improvement work to packaging lines to increase performance, implementation of a vision system to inspect cable ties for defects.• Installation of all new moulding machinery and ancillaries• Control of contractors, checking method statements and risk assessments.• Attendance of weekly operations meeting, reporting on activities for previous and following weeks.• Participation in audits for aerospace (AS9001) and automotive (TS16949)
