Chris Caplan is an American trained life coach. He graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. Chris has also taken the ICF Professional Coaching Certificate Program at the University of Miami. He has a special interest in mindset and motivational coaching and strongly believes that anyone can achieve their true potential if they truly commit to it. As someone who lived with constant stress, worry and intense panic attacks, to someone who now has found the techniques and tools to overcome life challenges, Chris believes we were all born limitless and capable of our true innate potential.Chris is an avid learner of self-development, human dynamics, Neuro Linguistic Programming and the human mind in general. Prior to life coaching, he worked as hotel manager and Private yacht crew worldwide. This worldwide experience gave Chris a broad knowledge base on human behavior and dynamics in dealing with so many people from different cultures.When not coaching, Chris loves to work out at the gym, read books, self-educate, cook healthy meals at home, listen to music, meditate and practice self-care.
