I feel that motivated staff are productive staff and this award allows people to see that the company invests in its staff.I have worked with external suppliers and implemented several training courses such as One to one trainer, Group training skills, Supervisory Skills, Interview and disciplinary techniques. Whilst working towards the IIP award it was essential the Supervisors and managers had these skills. I am able to communicate and motivate personnel and in the past dealt with internal and external customers to ensure excellent communication lines were in place. I feel that the skills I have are transferable and I would enjoy adapting them to a different industry. I particularly enjoy developing links with 3rd party organisations and feel it is vitally important to work with other people to provide the best service possible.I feel that one of my biggest strength is my ability to work to deadlines and targets.
