I grew up in South Texas, then went away to college. From there I took a few years to discern next steps, spending time working in Denver with the unhoused, former offenders, and broken families. Seminary was my next stop, followed by ordination and service as a United Methodist pastor. In the middle of that I took several years away from pastoral ministry to further refine and renew my sense of vocation in the world. Currently, I serve as the District Superintendent of the Eastern/Southcentral Colorado District of the Mountain Sky Conference of the United Methodist Church. What a gift to serve with these beautiful people in such a beautiful part of the world!
