Hello my name is Chris Carter. I have 13 years of no drugs and I'm in active recovery. I have been doing community relations for eleven years. I have a outreach program called Stop the Chaos. I have recently joined a team with Legends Treatment Center in Maple Heights . I have placed individuals for more then 9 years in treatment centers across the United States. I have been on the news speaking on the overdoses through out our communities and how we can help as a community to treat the individuals seeking help. I believe that a full continuum of care is extremely important.It takes a unity of facilities to achieve recovery. There are no lines or boarders that should ever stop this. All lives Matter
