I completed the BioWork Program in April of 2021 and have been employed with KBI Biopharma since May of 2021 in Manufacturing and as part of the Global IT team since April of 2022. I have had the pleasure of being involved in many aspects of the facility startup including SOP authoring, Installation/Operational Qualifications, Computer Software Validations, Vendor Installation Protocols, Site Acceptance testing, Purification Suite design and set up, testing of automation systems, and working with the software developers to make it all come together. In addition, I have been able to apply my BioWork knowledge in order to quickly adapt to this industry and gain a deeper understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, specializing in purification. I have gained a broad and deep skill set throughout my career that will allow me to add value and different perspectives and experiences as I acquire direct knowledge and experience in a new industry. Expanding my knowledge base, sharing the experience I have, and helping others grow as I grow from their experience and education have been the basis of my undying work ethic and leadership style in my 20+ year career managing teams of various sizes. I truly enjoy impacting people's lives daily either directly or indirectly. Restaurant Management and Automotive Sales/Finance treated me very well and provided me with a world of experience as well as great satisfaction in serving the public and helping people achieve goals. However, it is time to shift careers into something more fitting for stability in my family life. My wife and I welcomed our first beautiful baby girl into the world in August 2020 and our second daughter in March 2022. I am seeking to balance my work and family life in better ways in order to be successful at my most important role, "Dad".
