I was the on-site superintendent managing the daily activities of the build. I started the project at the pre-con stage and delivered the project to completion on time and on budget. This is a 192 multi family, garden style, affordable housing project located in Vancouver, WA. I managed to find several cost savings issues and implemented RFI’s to save the company time and money. I was able to take the project from a 6 acre dirt parcel to a beautiful garden style money generating property. I am familiar with all aspects of building, from civil engineering, to concrete, to punch lists, to transitioning to the property management personnel upon completion of CO’s. Show less
