Assists the Youth Director to establish groups and organize event materials for upcoming weeks, etc.Guide and encourage children to participate successfully in all aspects of event activities.Serve as a positive role model for children (i.e. cleanliness, sportsmanship, and manners).Know and enforce Club safety and complete employee computer-based training courses as scheduled.Desire to get to know members and always make their experience here a positive one.

To effectively coordinate and control the flow of the door by greeting arrivals, seating and acknowledging departures of all guests, which results in a Superior Guest Experience for all RCSH guests.Communicates to the Manager On Duty any and all situations where a guest may express concern or dissatisfaction with any aspect of the dining experience.Acknowledges all departing guests and invites them to return.Completes all closing duties in a timely manner.Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures, as stated in the RCSH Employee Training Packet – Hostess/ Host.
