Led the technical delivery of a point of sale finance option for Argos Retail customers. The monthly payment plan solution is fully integrated with the Argos Retail experience and required the creation of a new Originations journey with integration to credit bureaus and FIS loan servicing systems. Led technical management of all suppliers from requirements through to implementation and reported directly to Sponsoring Executive to ensure successful delivery of this strategic change initiative.Led replacement of Storecard Alerting platform. Worked with the Product Owners for the Retail Mobile & Digital teams to ensure customers were not adversly impacted by this supplier led upgrade to the technical stack.Led proejct to deliver Storecard Retail purchases via Argos digital sales platfoms. Due to a change in the Retail Payment Service provider this project was required to deliver integration between Barclays SmartPay solution and TSYS card processing platform.
