I represent clients in a variety of matters involving Minnesota workers' compensation defense, subrogation, employer liability, general liability, dram shop, employment and OSHA defense matters. I served as the firm's managing shareholder several times, having held that post 1997-2000, 2004-2006, 2012-2013 2017-2020 and 2022 to the present. My practice focuses on litigation and counseling clients in proactive approaches to their legal problems and cost-effective resolution of their legal disputes.
