They are responsible for ensuring that once a data center goes online, everything in it, from hardware to environmental equipment, remains in perfect operating order. FacOps is constantly developing new ways to increase system efficiency. They build and implement innovative tools to conduct maintenance, manage retrofits, and control the facility environment. The Facility Operations Engineering (OpsEng) team focuses on service availability, functionality scalability, standardization, and automation. They deliver best in class products with the flexibility to support rapid growth, drive best practices and predictive outcomes, and optimize facility utilization.
