Senior Telecommunications Specialist responsible for engineering and procurement assistance for telecommunications utilities and infrastructure on multiple projects. This includes Closed Circuit Television, Telephone, PAGA, Radio Systems, LAN/WAN, Structured Cabling, Security System,, Radio Towers, Weather Station, and OSP Cabling System

My responsibilities on this project are to develop a cable schedule for telecommunications. Also to review and incorporate as-built mark-ups, develop block diagrams, wiring diagrams, cabinet and room layout drawings.

My responsibilities included management, inspection and turnover of the telecommunications systems which included the Public Address System, CCTV System, Radio System, Access Control, Weather Stations, Telephone System and Emergency Command Stations. Additionally provided technical support, interface, document/drawing review and comment for the contractors

Responsibilities include assistance on the design and location of telecommunication equipment, routing of raceways, cabling and the development of cable schedule for the platform. I also provide review and comment on design drawings, also provide technical support for the project.

I was responsible for assembling walk down packages for various systems, inspection of systems, identifying incomplete and work to go items. Also responsible for final walk downs with the client to address, correct any issues or incomplete items that would impede the turnover of the systems. I also provided the technical support and interface with construction engineering disciples for telecommunications

Preliminary engineering is being performed for a central gas processing facility consisting of a production platform bridge-connected to a quarters/utilities platform.Telecommunications Engineer responsible for development and issuing of telecommunications philosophy and specifications for the project. This includes the specifications for Closed Circuit Television, Telephone, Life Boat Radio/SART, PAGA, Radio Systems, LAN/WAN, Structured Cabling, Collision Avoidance, Security System, Entertainment System, Radio Towers, Weather Station, Helipad Approach System and OPS Cabling System. Additional responsibilities include the development and issuance of the Telecommunications cable schedule, equipment list, development and issuance of the Telecommunications Block diagrams, Indoor Telecom Equipment Arrangement Layouts and the Outdoor Telecom Layout Plan drawings. I also provide the technical support and interface with the other engineering Disciples for telecommunications issues.

Olefins cracker and downstream petrochemical units, including amine derivatives; port facilityI was responsible for the management of the Permanent Plant Security System for the project. This includes the oversight of the installation and commissioning of the security systems. Additionally responsibilities are all communication systems for the project these systems include the telephone, local area network, public address and radio systems. I also provide the technical support and engineering changes. I ensure the contractors conformance to project quality, safety and specification requirements. Additionally I assist with the coordination and interfaces among the various contractors, disciplines and the client.
