•Interim consultancy role assisting Barclaycard to achieve fast track implementation of a large multi-platform card programme for a large and complex new client account.•Working closely with the client team, and the Barclaycard sales / technical /project management teams, to ensure achievement of key delivery milestones and client success criteria.•Embedded as Project Manager leading client resources, ensuring the seamless transition of an existing £22M p.a. purchase card programme, as well as introducing a new £2M travel & expenses card programme and developing a £50M card enabled platform for managing high value transactions.

Predominantly responsible for high value, high risk Capital and Construction Projects in addition to supporting local non category purchasing projects and requirements across a number of national sites. Management responsibility for a small team of x2 senior buyers.

Responsible for multi-site Facilities Management and Construction Contracts across a number of BAE Systems business groups with an annual spend between £10-£20m p.a. Key responsibilities included; Supply Chain Management, Project Management, identification of innovation and savings opportunities on behalf of internal stakeholders, Contract drafting, Commercial negotations, management of tender activity and dispute resolution.

Buyer of Indirect Goods and Services reporting to x2 Senior Buyers and a Category Manager. Primary responsibilities included managing spefiic service contracts acorss the entire Sainsburys group and its associated national sites (c.400 locations).
