The Korean Ministry Leader provides coordination and consultation in the areas of capacity-building, connecting, learning, innovation, and resourcing within the Resonate system and across the denomination. He/she works closely with leadership of Korean CRCs, two Korean Classes, Resonate’s Diaspora and Ethnic Ministry Guiding Team, and Regional Mission Leaders to maximize capacity of regional Korean ministry groups, ensure strong communications, and support the Korean ministry in the CRC.

- Support the Senior Pastor in accomplishing the church's vision and goal by evaluating ministry effectiveness, discernment, decision-making, planning, and providing overall direction/guidance for the church staff.- Operate as an executive director for Choonghyun World Newthing Mission Inc. (hereafter CHNWM, Inc), formed in 1992. The non-profit organization was incorporated to carry out Jesus' commend in Matthews 28:18-20 in the translation of spreading the gospel to the ends of the earth effectively and efficiently. - Manage and operate approximately 800K annual budgets of Choonghyun World Newthing Mission, Inc. with 20 mission team members worldwide. The CHNWM, Inc. primarily operates in Asia, South America, and European regions. The corporation provides monthly financial aid, carries out administrative support to missionaries, propose annual church-wide donation, and delivers financial budgeting needs. Under the provision of board members, frequently travel/visit the mission fields to strengthen, support, and access any potential risk to churches and missionaries. - Strategically plan and operate an annual 'mission school,' an outreach program, in 8 weeks by recruiting leaderships, creating task lists, and delivering. - Teach one-on-one training, discipleship training, and membership training courses on the Christian education side. - Serve in the various CHMC pulpit, including early dawn prayer service, Wednesday night praise & prayer service, monthly prayer night for missionaries, and small group gatherings.
