Managed an annual operating budget of $9M and an annual capital refresh budget of $2.7M which encompassed three departments comprised of 50 engineers and various implementation teams. • Jointly led $100+M project to design and build new 100,000 sq. ft. data center into which we migrated 677 applications and more than 4,000 devices (servers, storage, network, etc.).• Negotiated new contracts on life cycle programs driving $1.3M out of infrastructure expense over 3 years.• Held seat on Cisco Systems Client Advisory Board to drive changes in future technologies.• Consistently delivered greater than 99% uptime.• Implemented first enterprise-wide wireless network consisting of over 10,000 access points at the time.• Provided direction and oversight for networking design of new hospital in Abu Dhabi.
