Product design and improvement using Fusion 360. Extensive use of rapid prototyping processes to quickly evaluate and test new designs. Introduction of new equipment and processes. Provide maintenance guidance for facility equipment, as well as perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Performed initial scoping, budgeting, and wrote specifications for the purchase of highly automated and high volume manufacturing equipment (>$500K) for two different manufacturing locations. Led cross-functional workteams that oversaw the equipment construction, installation, qualification, and hand-off of the equipment to manufacturing. Total capital management through multiple projects exceeding five million dollars. Scoped/investigated new technologies, incorporating them into the equipment for which I was responsible.

Site lead for three major new product introductions for cooking products, and multiple smaller model line projects. Maintained project schedules, planned and oversaw capital budgets, coordinated all engineering and pre-production builds up to production start and hand-off. Worked closely with product design and manufacturing to discover and resolve design issues related to cost, quality, and the manufacturability of the product.

Assembly Process Engineer - Responsible for multiple high volume assembly lines. Maintained product BOM and build sheets, addressed daily cost, quality, safety, and assembly issues. Led the design and execution of projects that introduced new technology to the assembly lines, as well as projects to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, improve product quality, and improve the work environment for our workforce. Daily maintenance and upkeep of all assembly line and test equipment. Designed and executed three new assembly line, assembly processes, and functional test installations.

Facilities Engineer - Part of the team that oversaw the construction of the Tulsa Whirlpool Division. Worked closely with the General Contractor during building construction, including the mechanical room. Solid experience with compressed air systems, chillers, boilers, fire alarm systems, and cooling towers. Led the Facilities Support Tech group, overseeing daily activities and completion of projects. Completed 800K of various facilities projects after building was complete and operational. Supervised daily operations of the mechanical room, and Facility Support Technicians.

Responsible for implementation of maintenance and facilities projects. Oversaw installation of a new cooling tower, high volume dessicant air dryer, and multiple pieces of equipment related to a new assembly process. Project lead on a 600,000 sq. ft. complete roof tear-off and replacement. Maintained and created facility Autocad drawings and files. Supervision of daily work for approximately thirty electrical and skilled trades employees.
