Real estate professional and Head of Residential Sales for Savills Exeter Office, specialising in the sale of country and coastal properties throughout Devon, West Somerset and Cornwall.After graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in 2006, with a BSc (Hons) degree in Property Agency and Marketing, I joined an international firm in Exeter, and cut my teeth with an instrumental role in setting up their Waterfront department, selling some of the finest coastal and waterside homes throughout Devon and Cornwall. Having been fast tracked to Associate Partner in 2010, I then focused on the country house markets in Devon, Cornwall and West Somerset.In 2015, I was headhunted by Savills and joined the team in their Exeter Office where I continued to operate in the coastal and country house markets of Devon and Somerset. In 2019, I was appointed as a Director and head of residential sales in the Savills Truro Office, where I grew the office from a team of 3 to seven, increasing turnover by over 180%. I returned to Savills Exeter Office in November 2022 to take on a new role as head of residential sales, focusing on the prime markets of Devon, Cornwall and West Somerset, where I oversee the sale of many of the South West's most prestigious properties.An outdoor enthusiast, keen sailor and ‘adventurous’ surfer, I understand the lifestyle that Devon, Cornwall and the West Country offers, and am passionate about extoling its virtues to buyers and clients. Having sold a variety of different properties during my career, from characterful cottages and exciting ‘one off’ new builds to a 100 acre coastal estate or a former world War II Airbase, I have a deep seated understanding of the market throughout the South West and the variety of properties within it.
