Hired by Chalhoub Group on a fixed term contract to lead the transition of the newly acquired Guess brand from Al-Futaim Group in KSA & Bahrain. Successfully established a new Saudi Operating Team and embedded Chalhoub best practice. After centralizing the operations into the UAE, I spent six months working with their failing Tanagra luxury homewares brand whilst the group transitioned to their new structure.

Financial & Operational accountability for 200+ fragrance, oil and body care stores across KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait , UAE and Jordan.I Spearheaded the omni channel strategy post covid, to right size the store base and develop e-commerce and digital revenue streams.

Accountable for Sales, Buying and Operations for U-Mark Fitness. Made a significant improvement to stores, margin and stock whilst in the role whilst right sizing the store base to improve profit contribution.

Initially hired by the CEO as an Operations Consultant to define standards, establish retail best practice and centralize operations to improve efficiency, consistency of implementation and the performance development of a multi cultural sales team. I became a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, establishing new Central Functions whilst leading the retail team through an unprecedented store expansion program across KSA , Bahrain and Oman, the launch of Saudi Arabia's first transactional e-commerce site and an IPO.

A brand thriving during the economic downturn! I wrote a strategy to expand their high street presence across England , Wales and Central London. The strategy was implemented with over 100 new stores opened.

Hired by the CEO on a 12 month fixed contract to restructure and then centralise the European retail operations of the iconic furniture and homewares brand. Habitat was sold to Hilco mid way through the contract.

I was leading 5 multi-functional change management projects to improve company on shelf availability at the time the brand went into administration.

P&L and operational accountability for 250 stores within London and the South East of England, with an annual turnover in excess of £500 million.

Based in Marylebone Head Office, I was accountable for improving efficiency and store implementation of central plans through collaborative business planning, SOP development , system implementation and two way communication processes.
