Hired by Chalhoub Group on a fixed term contract to lead the transition of the newly acquired Guess brand from Al-Futaim Group in KSA & Bahrain. Successfully established a new Saudi Operating Team and embedded Chalhoub best practice. After centralizing the operations into the UAE, I spent six months working with their failing Tanagra luxury homewares brand.

Hired by the CEO on a 12 month fixed contract to restructure and then centralise the European retail operations of the iconic furniture and homewares brand. Habitat was sold to Hilco mid way through the contract.
