I have over three years of experience in desktop support and network administration, working with various technologies and platforms such as Office 365, Azure AD, Windows 10 and 11, and Active Directory.I am adept at delivering quality remote support, scheduling onsite client visits, and managing workload efficiently and effectively. I also have skills in software support, Microsoft 365 platform, Cisco, ConnectWise Manage and more, which enable me to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and requests.
