CurrentMonitor, dispatch, and troubleshoot all technical issues for an enterprise sized company. not only throught the country but overseas. Engage ISP's, LEC's and vendors and deal with the logistics of troubleshoot and repair/replacing; circuits, phone systems, servers, routers, switches, facilities requests and UPS's. Engage daily with a wide array of developers, IT support specialists, application specialists and other engineers to ensure an enterprise sized company runs like a well oiled machine and the infrastructure is working as it was designed. Work with all types of equipment including a wide variety of cisco router and switches, windows and linux servers; nortel, avaya, and cisco phone systems. Also use a wide variety of web based applications and client applications that have been designed or modified for our specific scope of work in a command center environment.
