Engage ISP's, LEC's and vendors and deal with the logistics of troubleshoot and repair/replacing; circuits, phone systems, servers, routers, switches, facilities requests and UPS's. Engage daily with a wide array of developers, IT support specialists, application specialists and other engineers to ensure an enterprise sized company runs like a well oiled machine and the infrastructure is working as it was designed. Work with all types of equipment including a wide variety of cisco router and switches, windows and linux servers; nortel, avaya, and cisco phone systems. Also use a wide variety of web based applications and client applications that have been designed or modified for our specific scope of work in a command center environment.
