I have help develop and also trained as a facilitator for the children's workshop Growing Stars. This workshop is for children aged 6-12 years and helps them to identify and manage the emotional impact of living with a learning difference and learning difficulty. It also includes two parent workshops.

For the last two years this has been a part time paid position at the Support Co-ordinator for Dyslexia Support Southland. Dyslexia Support Southland is a group that supports the parents of children with learning differences and learning difficulties.
