I started my career in the petrochemical industry as a surveyor for a Swiss Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) company. During my four years there, I gained valuable experience in precision and quality assurance. In 1997, I decided to explore new opportunities and moved to Ibiza. I joined SKY television at the age of 23. This role was instrumental in building my expertise in communications and set the foundation for my future work.As the industry shifted towards subcontracting, I adapted to these changes by refining workloads and processes. My role as Operations Manager at Digitech Communications was particularly impactful, where I helped drive the success of our SKY installation department. In 2007, I made the decision to make Ibiza my permanent home, embracing the community and lifestyle.In 2008, I launched my own installations company, focused on providing satellite, internet, and smart home solutions to the expatriate community. My career took a significant step forward in 2014 when I became the Director of Operations at BEFREE Networks S.L. It was rewarding to lead the company to become one of Ibiza's top internet service providers, known for its reliability and service.In 2022, I founded SMART ISLAND, a project dedicated to creating an interactive space for testing new technologies with a focus on human-centric decisions. As SMART ISLAND grew, we launched SMART ISLAND CAPITAL to support our partners and ensure long-term collaboration and success.Throughout my career, I've been recognised for my leadership, team-building, sales, and negotiation skills. I take pride in turning ideas into reality and look forward to continuing to contribute to innovation and growth.
