Successfully managed concept, design and development of 438-unit multi-family apartment project near International Drive. Prepared hydraulic analysis and designed system to extend 1.5 miles along U.S. 192 to point of connection using WaterCADD. Performed wastewater analysis including lift station and forcemain design. Performed comprehensive flood plain analysis, updated FEMA FIRM maps for site's impact and designed stormwater system per SWFWMD and county criteria. Performed monthly cost analyses of construction project and led a team of sub consultants through heavy environmental and utility permitting. Supervised construction from January 2008 to February 2009. Designed and planned 13 acre commercial and office park along Sand Lake Road through extensive negotiations with county and community leaders. Won Orange County Commission approval in December 2007, after publicly representing this development. Supervised construction from January 2008 to completion in November 2008. Assigned project manager in numerous other small and large commercial and multi-family projects, managing multiple interns and drafters. Served as project manager for more than a dozen SunDev Development projects throughout the state.
