Trax has offices in Austin, Scottsdale, Memphis, Los Angeles, Costa Rica, Shenzhen, Manila, Cebu and Amsterdam.

Overall responsibility for the development, launch and commercial leadership of Ritchie Bros. EquipmentOne internet marketplace with over $100M in annual sales.Ritchie Bros. EquipmentOne is an online marketplace for the sale of equipment and materials which complements Ritchie Bros. unreserved auctions. Combined, both solutions sell in excess of $4B a year of used equipment and materials making it the global leader in asset disposition. Ritchie Bros. EquipmentOne was launched with the successful acquisition of AssetNation by Ritchie Bros. in May of 2012.

Overall commercial responsibility for a fast growing SaaS based company focused on helping customers reduce, control and manage their direct material costs collaboratively by connecting buyers, their teams, their most complex technical data and their suppliers -- seamlessly.

Recruited to lead the commercial turnaround for a venture capital funded software and services company focused on the emerging Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) market through the development and launch of a new product line and company brand. Grew the company’s new product line to approximately 90% of the company’s total revenue while managing a “soft landing” of legacy product lines; resulting in a successful exit via acquisition.

Full P&L responsibility of a 50M business unit for all non automotive existing accounts including consumer packaged goods, food and beverage as well as diversified manufacturing with leadership of a team of 21 direct reports and an indirect global staff of 20.

Global P&L responsibility for revenue and margin growth across all diversified manufacturing accounts including aerospace, equipment manufacturing, metals and durables with leadership of a team of 15 direct reports and an indirect global staff of 15.
