Working with the Regional and Outer Metro division of Transport for NSW as a Risk Partner.In this role I am responsible for:* Supporting Executives in identification and assessment of strategic and major operating risks.* Risk reporting for quarterly Secretary and Executive Committee performance processes, including reporting progress of mitigation strategies to address key strategic, operating and emerging risks.* Providing expert advice, support and coaching on risk management standards, strategies, practices and procedures.* Leading critical Divisional risk projects and assist with investigations on major issues, detect fraud and corrupt activities and improve the effectiveness of governance arrangements.* Developing control self-assessment models.* Providing recommendations and input into the strategic direction ROM to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.* Maintaining effective business partnerships and strategic alliances with senior managers and key stakeholders.

I am tremendously proud to have recently been appointed to the board of Catering Maitland.Our aim is to address hunger and food insecurity among children who may not have access to food at home.. Children who are experiencing disadvantage, poverty, and are at risk of starting their school day without a nutritious breakfast. By feeding these children with a healthy breakfast and good food for lunch and recess it will improve their health and well-being, and their ability to learn and engage in school.In my role here I will be contributing to the strategic direction and performance of the charity while directly affecting the lives and educational outcomes of people in my community.
