I am also the single share-holder of the corporation, which means that I am responsible for all choices that are made within the corporation. This includes lining up very well qualified and fully vetted companies that are seeking funding. And also aligning them with capital providers. I do this globally, The world through technology has gotten so much smaller, which doesn't make my job easy but it does make it possible. I have carefully developed a precise methodology for vetting companies which are seeking funds through HLC. Our method includes, if the initial test for funding companies is passed, working with CEO's in ways to best put their business forward. However if you are seeking funding through HLC be warned that our acceptance rate is approximately 10%. That is to say that for every 100 companies that are seeking funding through HLC there are only 10 that will be accepted to be approved for funding. It may seem a bit harsh, however part of my job is being completely transparent. I will tell you specifically why, if you are not approved for funding why you aren't and means by which you can improve yourself. At HLC we set the bar pretty high, but by doing this we are easily able to get companies that we are working with to get approved for funding. Also the key reason that our standards are so high is so that we are able to align ourselves with capital providers globally. If you are a capital provider and you are reading these words then each out to me. Our standards for accepting capital providers to work with are equally as high. By having the bar set so high we establish ourselves as not only a capital provider of choice, but also one that when we align the two together we so far have had complete success rate. That is to say that for every project we are currently working with we have a 100% success rate in getting companies funded. Show less -

Many of the animals who I spent many a sleepless night with, they had to have 24/7 care did not make it.-The birth of the first Killer Whale born in captivity to survive as long as he did. I was the first to determine his gender, and spent the night with the little guy. This was also my first exposure to Director's and Management's inappropriate responses to a one of a kind problem. They did the right thing, which was to shut down the Aquarium to the public, but the rest was downhill.-I was also part of the team to take care of our sick Beluga Churchill, who sadly passed from a serious infection. No vets had ever worked on these types of animals, and you would assume that the medicine that they practiced would be proven, but much of it was done on the fly by common veterinariansAnd did most of the Whale shows, and yes I am glad that captivity has become a way of the past.
