I have twenty years experience working as an Architect delivering projects on time and on budget. Building relationships with clients, leading a group of professionals to understand client needs, develop a brief, deliver client presentations and thereafter coordinate project information and manage projects on site.In the last ten years I have worked in financial services and in particular private medical insurance delivering exceptional customer service. My most recent experience involves Managing a telephony teams in a fast evolving business where through a coaching culture I ensure that a diverse team are engaged and motivated to reach their full potential in a customer centric environment. As Colleague Development Leader I have been responsible for colleague development and coaching across all UK sites.
